Complete site work package of a commercial development including mass earthwork of 13,000 CY, 1,200’ of drainage pipe, 380’ of sanitary sewer, 140’ of water line, 42,000 sq ft parking area preparation and complete building preparation for the 17,000 sq ft facility. This project also featured an underground storm detention system to slow the water run-off.
